The ERGObaby Carrier's ergonomic design supports a correct sitting position for the baby's hip, pelvis and spine growth. It disperses most of the baby's weight between the hips and thighs, which helps to eliminate compression of the spine when hanging by the crotch which most other designs require. The ERGObaby also balances the baby's weight to parents' hips and shoulders, and alleviates physical stress for the parent.

'THE best I have used!'

Strengths:

Can be worn front and back. From birth (with additional part) - approx 4yrs!! Lovely padded straps. Secures around hips/waist too. Its just like giving your child a piggy-back but with added support!

Weaknesses:

A semi-con is that it can be tricky to put on your back by yourself. My trick is to lie it on the sofa, place my daughter in, sit on the edge of the sofa, lean myself back and strap it all on, then stand up. SOOooo easy when you do it like that (sorry I cant explain better!)

Overall:

Would recommend to anyone :-) I have tried lots of different types and this is great.
