Order Processing and Delivery
At heybaby* we endeavour to look after our customers! So we will keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Firstly, on receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email - and if there are any delays in delivery, or if an item is out of stock, we will advise you at this point.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that such changes occur, we will advise you of this when confirming your order and offer you the option to withdraw your order, or to select an alternative product.
We aim to fulfil orders of stock items within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of likely delivery times when we confirm order. Please also note that at heybaby* we reuse and recycle packaging for our deliveries. If you need us to use new packaging for any reason please request this when you place your order.
Due to recent price increases from the Royal Mail we have had to increase our delivery charges. Delivery costs within most of the UK are as follows (if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or non-UK addresses please contact us for a quote):
Orders up to £99.00 in value cost £4.99 postage and packing.
Orders over £99.00 are delivered free of charge. Please note that we re-use packaging wherever possible.
