Tripp Trapp is the chair that grows with the child. It lifts them up so they can be included in activities around the table.
Children can start using the Tripp Trapp with a baby set when they can sit unaided, which is normally the age of 6-9 months. In the beginning it is important to adjust the seat depth so that there is some space between the front edge of the seat and the child's calf. A firm support for the feet is required for natural movement.
These chairs also allow your child to use the table to their best advantage. The seat and footrest are both easily adjustable, both in height and depth. This ensures that the chair is always correctly adjusted for your child.
And also, using the footplate as a seat, the Tripp Trapp chair can be adjusted for adult use.
We all have these chairs in our house around our kitchen table! It is so nice to be able to sit around the table together with everybody comfortable and able to reach safely.
